Oddball is a good natured, kind, puppy, who wants more than anything to get her spots. That includes rolling around in printer ink and stealing a sweater from a puppet. She's good friends with a macaw named Waddlesworth who thinks he's a rottweiler. Together the two stop Cruella De Vil and her second attempt to make a coat out of puppies.
