Time for 1999! The last year of the 90s and full of hype for the new millennium! (And fear of y2k, but Disney was more concerned with celebrating the year 2000)
Unsurprisingly we got some more of The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride, my all time favorite movie. We've got some content from the 1999 website (That may or may not have launched in 1998, but if it did, it still existed in 1999 sooooo...it counts)
The top banner of the website, and the title for Kovu's page, which gives his backstory as an Outsider (Yes they're called Outsiders, not Outlanders.) and Scar's heir.
The "Continue The Story" button from Kovu's page/ This shows a surprised Timon and Pumbaa from Kiara's presentation when they found out she was a girl. (More or less an inside joke about how the cub at the end of The Lion King was usually portrayed as Male until this film, now it's common for the cub to be referred to as "Princess" and "Daughter."' )
A picture of Kovu during his exile from The Pride Lands
Zira comes up with her plan in the Outlands for Kovu to get close to Kiara to get close to Simba and kill him, thus retaking the Pridelands in Scar's Honor.
A slight close up of that image, with just Zira and Kovu
A thumbnail of Zira. Originally it downloaded a video file of the scene where Zira goes over the plan once more with a grown Kovu.

Here's some various Forgotten Disney VHSes that were for sale at the time. Sadly most of these didn't even make it to DVD (Well some did, but not all of them) :
